Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use DFG Helpline, including disabled people, their families, carers and advocates. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at AA standard.

What we’ve done

• Designed for keyboard navigation and clear focus indicators
• Used semantic HTML and ARIA only where needed
• Tested colours for sufficient contrast
• Made the layout responsive for small screens and large text
• Written content in plain English
