DFG Helpline is an independent support and case-navigation service. We do not award Disabled Facilities Grants and we do not act on your behalf unless you explicitly instruct us to do so.

Our service

We aim to keep the service available, helpful and accurate. We may update the service, its features, or these terms from time to time.

Accounts, payments and refunds

The public information, quick check and callback request are currently free and do not require an account. We do not take payments or offer subscriptions, so payment and refund terms do not currently apply.

Ending or restricting access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access where it is necessary to protect people, prevent misuse, comply with the law, or keep the service secure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes determined by third parties, including local councils, assessors, landlords, or contractors.
